THE SHOW ONLY SOUNDS EASY
FROM OUT FRONT.
Flag Systems has been putting sound in front of Southern California audiences since 1972 — clubs, theaters, amphitheaters, arenas, and open fields. We own the inventory, we send the crew, and we make your rider happen.

LOS ANGELES & ORANGE COUNTY
A 900-cap theater and a 12,000-cap amphitheater are different problems. We design coverage for the actual seats, then bring the rig that solves it — nothing padded, nothing short.
We spec to the room, not to a package.
SYSTEMS BY ROOM
Clubs & theaters
Tight trims, hard walls, balconies that eat coverage. Compact arrays and careful time alignment so row 3 and the back balcony hear the same mix.
Compact array · Cardioid subs · Front fills · Balcony delays
Amphitheaters
Reserved bowl plus a lawn that runs long. Main hangs, side hangs, and delay towers tuned so the lawn is not an afterthought.
Main + side hangs · Ground subs · Delays · 270° coverage
Arenas
Rigging plots, weight loads, and reverberant bowls. We work to the venue's points and keep energy off the ceiling and on the audience.
Flown mains & sides · Rear hangs · Rigging plot · Load calcs
Festivals & outdoors
Multi-band changeovers, shared backline, weather, and a noise ordinance at the property line. Fast flips without a drop in quality.
Cardioid sub arrays · SPL logging · Line check between sets
WHAT SHIPS TO YOUR SHOW
Read it like a rider, because that's how we quote it.
Every quote comes back as a line-by-line list — no "full production package" hand-waving. Here is the standard concert build; we scale it up or down from here.
Touring in? Send the rider and the input list. We'll come back with what we can provide and anything your engineer needs to know before the bus arrives.
SHOW DAY
What the day actually looks like.
01 / Advance
Paperwork first
Rider, input list, stage plot, and venue drawings reviewed. You get a coverage prediction and a written scope before anything rolls.
02 / Load-in
On the call time
Trucks from Santa Ana, rigging to the venue's points, PA up and cabled to the schedule you were given — not the one we hoped for.
03 / Tune
Measured, not guessed
System tuned with measurement, delays timed, RF scanned and coordinated. Done before your engineer walks up to the desk.
04 / Doors
Crew stays put
A tech is on the system all night. Spares are on site, not at the shop. Nobody is chasing a part during the headline set.
05 / Out
Clean and quick
Out on the curfew, venue left the way we found it, and a straight answer if anything went sideways.
THE PEOPLE
The value isn't the boxes. Anyone can rent boxes. It's the tech who has already hung a PA in your venue, already worked with that touring engineer, and already knows where the low end goes strange in that room.
- Engineers who mix, not just push the rig into place
- Comfortable working under touring FOH and monitor engineers
- Rigging experience across SoCal arenas, amphitheaters, and theaters
- One point of contact from advance through load-out
Fifty years of shows is fifty years of problems already solved.
NEXT STEP
Send us the rider. We'll send back a real number.
Dates, venue, expected attendance, and the rider if you have one. You'll hear back with a line-by-line scope — usually same day.
